Don’t you just love how kids are like sponges and absorb absolutely everything?
At such a tender, developmental stage, it’s important to nurture young hearts and minds as much as we can and be entertaining while we’re at it. Wigmore Hall brings the fantastic Chamber Tots Workshop to Marylebone, in a series of exciting events running from 23 April to 10 June which are sure to keep the little ones buzzing for days. Ranging in age from 1 to 5 years, children (and their parents) will have the chance to interact, play, and have fun courtesy of some of the best child educators in the country.
Several programs include Esther Sheridan’s DX Duo and The Hermes Experiment led by John Webb, which utilises songs and percussion to introduce children to music as well the chance to see some fantastic musical instruments in action with the Chamber Tots music ensembles.
It’s a great way to get youngsters interested in music and increase cognitive development as well as cultivates a fascination for the arts. Tickets are £7.50 and subject to a £2 booking fee.
Places are going fast so book promptly for a spot.
For a chance to introduce your children to the wonderful world of music and embrace your inner musician, come to Wigmore Hall for one of the best highlights of the season. See website for performance schedules and times. Play your own tune and make an impression at Chamber Tots.
