Both corporate and private tenants have high expectations of the management service when they rent a property, so having a designated professional Property Manager on hand to take care of the phone calls, requests and resulting work can save you valuable time and a lot of aggravation.

We continually vet London tradesmen, services and suppliers to ensure we only use companies providing the very best quality of workmanship, at a competitive price, on behalf of our clients.   We also have a 24 hour emergency helpline should disaster strike out of hours. Perhaps preferable to you being called by your tenant in the middle of the night or whilst you are out of the country. 
 
Our Property Management department is headed up by Helena Johannson who is a member of ARLA (The Association of Residential Letting Agents) and has the relevant qualifications and experience to ensure that our clients are given accurate advice throughout the tenancy. Whether it is about ending the tenancy, dealing with the deposit, negotiating the renewal or handling a tricky tenant – our Property Management team will relieve any of the worries associated with letting your property. Even if your property has been let by another agent you can still take advantage of our Property Management Services and a number of our landlords choose Kay & Co to manage their property even if they have found the tenant themselves.
