Buying Service

In order to cover the entire market we offer an independent private buying service for retained clients where by a dedicated search agent will do the following for you: -

• Thoroughly search for suitable properties, both on and off the market, and hunt out all possibilities that match your brief.
• Preview all properties on your behalf and will endeavour to get you to the front of the queue, ahead of other similar purchasers.
• Once a suitable property is found, oversee and co-ordinate all negotiations from making an offer through to completion.

In respect of fees, a retainer of £500 plus VAT is requested initially and is deductible from the final account.  Upon completion, a fee of 1.5% of the purchase price plus VAT.
