Kay & Co’s property management service frees the residential landlord from the burdens of managing both property and tenancy.

We handle all legal and financial aspects, including collecting rent and paying outgoings. We also manage the property – arranging pre-tenancy cleaning, overseeing minor repairs, ensuring Health and Safety compliance and undertaking regular property visits.

We are also able to offer advice on and carry out full refurbishments of flats via our in-house teams of builders, plumbers, electricians and decorators.
