Samuel Bikhit FNAEA, Chairman

Since founding Kay and Co in 1982, Sam has overseen the establishment of Kay & Co as one of the most important and respected Estate Agents operating in central London today.  Over the years the business has grown from strength to strength due in large part to Sam’s ability to stay in touch with the market and the areas in which Kay & Co operate. Today Sam heads up the company’s international property desk advising private Middle Eastern clients on the sale and acquisition of residential property and investment and development opportunities throughout prime central London.  Sam has been a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents since 1991 and is actively involved with various charitable organisations.

Martin Bikhit MNAEA, Managing Director

Martin joined his father at Kay & Co in 1997, was appointed a Director in 2000 and became Managing Director in 2008.  Martin runs the Hyde Park and Bayswater office and is responsible for the company’s residential investment and development division where he combines his experience of all aspects of estate agency work with his appreciation of the traditional values of Kay & Co’s approach.  Martin regularly advises high profile companies including The British Land Company on the value and development potential their West End residential holdings and managed portfolios.  He is a passionate advocate of central London living and this passion and his experience have made him one of the most quoted estate agents in the national press and elsewhere. He is a former secretary of the central London branch of National Association of Estate Agents and is a member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents.

Paul Sulkin MNAEA, Director

A member of the National Association of Estate Agents, Paul is widely experienced in the property world, having enjoyed a successful career working with a select group of upmarket, highly reputable estate agencies, from large corporate concerns to smaller, niche-market operators. In 2000, Paul was recruited by Kay & Co to run the Marylebone & Regents Park office, in 2002 he became a Director of the business and today Paul is responsible for the growth of the residential department in Marylebone and the West End. Paul is an extremely well-known and popular figure in the industry and has an ever-growing and unswervingly loyal client base.
