Your initial discussions with a John Charcol adviser are obligation free, but should you wish to arrange a mortgage, a fee may be charged.  For arranging a regular mortgage application a fee of up to 1% of the sum borrowed may be payable on completion. It is not payable if the mortgage we arrange is not completed.  It is John Charcol’s usual practice to offset the fee by the amount of commission they expect to receive from the lender.  Please ask your John Charcol adviser for further details. In addition, a £75 booking fee may apply to selected mortgages.
