Perhaps preferable to you being called by your tenant in the middle of the night or whilst you are out of the country. 

 

Our Property Management department is headed up by Helena Johanson who is a member of ARLA (The Association of Residential Letting Agents) and has the relevant qualifications and experience to ensure that our clients are given accurate advice throughout the tenancy. Whether it is about ending the tenancy, dealing with the deposit, negotiating the renewal or handling a tricky tenant – our Property Management team will relieve any of the worries associated with letting your property.
