Once you instruct Kay & Co to sell your home you will be visited by a professional photographer who will take high quality photographs of the interior and exterior of your home and create a floor plan. If you have instructed us to prepare a Home Information Pack (HIP) the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) will also be done at this time.
