Beany Green is a member of the Daisy family, which is a colourful collection of Australian-inspired cafés currently gathering momentum across central London.
Relaxed, spacious and airy, Beany Green first opened as a pop up in 2013, but now has a perfect, permanent home on the Regent’s Canal, just along from Paddington Station, at the entrance to Paddington Central.
The 1,300 sq ft, double-height space oozes personality. It features a 10-metre kitchen counter where, every day, friendly staff display and serve nourishing breakfasts, healthy lunches and delicious, Aussie-inspired sweets.
During the week, Beany Green stays open late to offer after-work drinks, which include Australian-inspired cocktails, biodynamic and organic wines, along with a well-respected, Bermondsey-brewed craft beer.
At the weekend, Beany Green is a locals’ favourite for all-day brunch. Try the tasty House Made Maple Granola, served with thick Greek yogurt, fresh berries, honey, chia seeds, flaked almonds and flowers. Follow with The Bondi, which translates as free-range eggs, back bacon, sausage and mushrooms, with chilli pesto and avocado on organic charcoal bread. Wash it all down with a fresh juice, fat-free smoothie or an artisan Aussie coffee, and you’ll soon see why weekends were invented.
Beany Green is also available for exclusive hire.
