Shopping for contemporary art doesn’t get much more rewarding than this.
Le Dame Art Gallery moved from Notting Hill to the Meliá White House Hotel in 2014, and the team has spent the last two years turning the building into a giant Art Hub for emerging artists.
This forward-thinking gallery has earned a reputation for sourcing the finest up-and-coming artists, whose works have been commissioned or acquired by public, corporate and private collections. With 2,000 square metres of space, all nine floors of the hotel are now filled with contemporary art.
‘Our mission is to support the artists’ careers and give them full access to the art market, both here in London and at our Italian gallery in Capri,’ reveals Cristina Cellini Antonini, co-founder and director of the gallery.
‘Every three months, we invite 100 artists to join the show, so it’s an incredible opportunity for the public to discover new talent from all over the world.’ she adds.
The gallery also works with Museums and Foundations, representing Art Estates and families of some leading Italian artists, whose collections include masterpieces by the likes of Caravaggio.
