Natalie has worked in property management for more than 6 years having started her career in a small surveying firm based in London, before moving to one of the largest property agents in the UK. What drew Natalie to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Kay & Co in 2018 was their passion for property, offering Clients a bespoke range of block management services rather than a ‘one size fits all’ solution. Natalie who is originally from Yorkshire is extremely family orientated and fits in well at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Kay & Co where family values are at their core. In her previous role Natalie gained extensive experience of high-end buildings including managing properties for the Crown Estate. Natalie is a member of the Institute of Residential Property Managers and an Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, she also holds a Masters in Business Project Management. Natalie is an asset to the Block Management team.
The founder of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Kay & Co, Sam has grown a business that is recognised as one of the leading players in the Central London market. At the heart of this growth: honesty, integrity and a remarkable network of contacts. Today Sam heads up the company’s international property desk advising private Middle Eastern clients on the sale and acquisition of residential property and investment opportunities. He has been a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents since 1991, is a member of the Association of Residential Lettings Agents and is actively involved with various charitable organisations.
Louisa studied Visual Merchandising at university and began her career in Westfield Stratford City, east London. She soon saw the appeal of property and has now been a Sales Negotiator for nearly five years. Of Greek Cypriot heritage, she was born and raised in London, but speaks Greek fluently. She is a keen swimmer and has also been a lifeguard, having also spent time teaching water babies as young as three to swim. She treats all clients in the same friendly and efficient way and will dive straight in to secure the perfect property.
Martin joined his father at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Kay & Co in 1997 and became Managing Director in 2008. He runs the Hyde Park and Bayswater office and is responsible for the company’s residential investment and development division. Martin regularly advises high profile companies including British Land and The Howard de Walden Estate on their residential property interests. His passion for central London living makes him a regularly quoted expert in the national press. He is a former secretary of the central London branch of the National Association of Estate Agents and is a member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents. He has responsibility for the day-to-day running of the business, is an active part of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Kay & Co's sales team and is responsible for the company's residential development and investment clients.
Sarah has always had a strong interest in interior design, which proves useful when landlords have needed an opinion on layout and refurbishments. As Lettings Manager for the last two years and with over five years Lettings experience, she has enjoyed advising on renovation work to maximise rental income to ensure each property stands out in a competitive market. Her other interests in media and marketing have propelled her into her new role, running the PR and marketing functions for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Kay & Co across both print and digital platforms. She is thrilled to have the opportunity to bring together her skillsets in this position and hopes to introduce fresh and exciting creative ideas.
Paul brings a wealth of experience to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Kay & Co, having worked in a variety of prestigious estate agencies, both corporate and independent. In 2000, he joined us to run the Marylebone & Regent’s Park office and became a Director in 2002. Paul is a high profile and popular figure in the industry and has an unswervingly loyal client base. He is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents and Association of Residential Lettings Agents.
Joe Le Beau
Joe joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Kay & Co in 2011 as a Sales Negotiator and was promoted to Sales Manager of our Hyde Park & Bayswater branch in June 2015. He is a Member of The National Association of Estate Agents and has over 10 years’ experience in residential property, both in the UK and the UAE. Joe’s pragmatic approach and intricate knowledge of the W2 postcode allow him to expertly advise our clients on their Prime Central London property affairs. Prior to joining Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Kay & Co, Joe was based in Dubai, selling the most exclusive apartments at the world’s tallest building, Burj Khalifa.
Charlotte joined us in 2014, shortly after graduating University. Her career began in the Client Services department, but soon branched out to join the Sales team. She is now in charge of the King's Cross office that opened Summer 2018, where her personal service and extensive real estate knowledge is highly regarded. Charlotte has always been seen as a trusted advisor to both domestic and international clients from day one. In her personal life, Charlotte loves to travel whenever she gets the chance, from conquering Les Trois Vallees to relaxing by the pool in St Lucia. You will always know when she is around due to her larger than life personality and louder than life vocal chords.
A Londoner through and through, Jack studied Accounting and Finance at university. After graduating, he realised that number crunching was not as rewarding as getting out of the office to meet new people. He joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Kay & Co in 2014 and has now completed four very successful years as a Lettings Negotiator in Marylebone and Hyde Park. His friendly personality and ability to listen to and quickly assess clients’ needs makes him ideal for his new role at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Kay & Co’s new King’s Cross office. He has a natural ability to remember facts and figures quickly, as well as an expert knowledge of London. Jack will be driving forward the lettings department in this exciting location with professionalism and his good sense of humour.
Alexandre von der Muehll
Alexandre is from Lausanne, Switzerland, and is fluent in both French and English. He has a degree in Film & TV Production, which is useful when he needs to showcase a property. His previous background encompasses the New York film industry and art auction houses in Switzerland. His attention to detail is sure to help prospective tenants find their perfect property. In his spare time, he enjoys badminton, which he used to play competitively. He is looking forward to a fast-paced volley of lettings over the coming months with his high standards of professionalism.
Chris moved to London 15 years ago and has been working in Estate Agency for the past 14 years, primarily in Prime Central London. He started his career working with the legal department of a large London agency before making the move to work as an agent for another firm, where he spent a number of years working his way up to managing successful lettings offices across a variety of PCL locations. Chris prides himself on making his clients all feel special and will always endeavour to give you the best experience when it comes to letting your home. At Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Kay & Co, Chris heads up the lettings department in our well established Marylebone branch, dealing with Estate landlords down to private clients with single properties. His team work tirelessly to deliver you the best result and to provide you with an experience that forms the foundation for long term relationships.
Originally from New Zealand, Vikki moved to London in 2016 and joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Kay & Co in the summer of 2018 as the Office Administrator at our Hyde Park office. With over two years prior experience in administration and property management, Vikki's role has quickly evolved to compliment her skillset. Her bubbly personality and organised demeanour led to her promotion as the company's Relocations and Referrals Coordinator alongside her Administrative role, in January 2019. Vikki enjoys exploring new places around the city and discovering new food spots, so be sure to get in touch with her for suggestions!
Mayuri has held several administration roles, but has now worked in the property sector for almost three years. Previously, she has been a senior receptionist in a gym, PA to the head of the UK press regulator and a sales secretary at a West Hampstead estate agency. She combines the role of office manager with being PA to Martin Bikhit, MD of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Kay & Co. Born and raised in London, she enjoys spending her spare time with her family and friends as well as going to the gym. Mayuri is enthusiastic, helpful and an efficient member of the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Kay & Co team.
Grace joined us here in Spring 18 and played a key part in the opening of our Kings Cross office. Her attention to detail and determination has helped shape the office to what it is today. It was noted early on that she has a passion for design and is a social media fanatic. Grace was promoted at the end of 2018 and is now the engine behind our social media platforms, in addition to her administration role.
In her free time, Grace freelances as a photographer and has worked with both national and international brands. At her hearts core, Grace has her family and friends. She loves spending quality time with those nearest and dearest, whether it be travelling to Manchester or Malaysia, or just down the road for a coffee catch up. Grace truly believes that home really is where the heart is.
Asim trained with a firm of Chartered Accountants and Registered Auditors in the West End of London where he obtained invaluable experience in all aspects of accounting, taxation and auditing. The clients he directly managed ranged from start-up businesses to small and medium sized enterprises including multi-national corporations. He qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2006 and continued working for the same firm of accountants until becoming a member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
Following his passion for real estate he joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Kay & Co in 2013 as an in-house Client Accountant and was subsequently promoted to Client Finance Manager. He has overall responsibility for all aspects of client finance. His strong reporting skills ensure that all statutory and corporate obligations are met and his calm and focused approach to solving complex accounting irregularities are invaluable skills for our clients. His strategic approach enables clients to make a smooth financial transition from any incumbent agent.
Asim was born in the Middle-East, raised in Asia and spent his teenage years in Central Africa. He has travelled and lived in a number of countries learning about cultures and making new friends. He is the embodiment of a global citizen.
As a member of an Association of chartered certified accountants (ACCA), Certified accounting technician (CAT) and BSC (Hons) in applied accounting from Oxford Brookes University, Shafait brought his impressive skills to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Kay & Co in 2011. His climb from Financial Controller to Finance & Operations director has been swift and highlights the passion and attention to detail he brings to the role. Not only he is the Head of Finance, but he also oversees our Block Management, Lettings, Client Services and Admin teams with HR completing his portfolio of responsibilities. His calm demeanour, ever-present smile and a sparkling sense of humour makes him a popular member of the team and a valued member of the board.
Alex started his career as a film publicist and spent 12 years working for leading film studios, including MGM, Sony Pictures and Disney. While working on major film releases his responsibilities included looking after actors, actresses and movie directors. His wealth of experience dealing with VIPs has proved invaluable when translated to high-level clients in the fast-moving central London property market. With nine years’ experience in residential and commercial lettings as well as sales under his belt, he joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Kay & Co in early 2018. Alex always has an ace up his sleeve: tennis is one of his passions, along with travel, photography and art.
