| Position Overview | Join our team at Kay & Co London as a motivated and dynamic Lettings Negotiator. The role involves managing property rentals, liaising with landlords and tenants, and ensuring a smooth lettings process from start to finish. This position requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for real estate. |
| Key Responsibilities | Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, providing exceptional customer service throughout the lettings process. Property Viewings: Arrange and conduct property viewings, highlighting key features and benefits to prospective tenants. Negotiations: Negotiate rental terms and agreements between landlords and tenants, ensuring favorable outcomes for all parties involved. Market Knowledge: Stay informed about the local property market, trends, and competitors to provide informed advice and insights to clients. Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the lettings process promptly and professionally. Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to assist in the marketing of available properties, including creating appealing listings and utilising various platforms to attract potential tenants. Administration: Coordinate with the administrative team to manage all tasks related to lettings, including preparing tenancy agreements, conducting reference checks, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. |
| Qualifications | Previous experience within a relative role, ideally in the Residential Lettings market Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software CRM systems. A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are preferred. |
