As well as private landlords, we have worked with some of residential property’s most experienced and demanding landlords including The Howard de Walden Estate, The Church Commissioners for England, British Land and The Crown Estate and our tenants are typically professional people, working for employers such as BNP Paribas, Morgan Stanley, Marks & Spencer, Deutsche Bank and the London Business School.  We also have excellent relations with the local world class educational institutions and regular house their wealthy overseas students in our clients’ properties.
