With over 30 years of local experience, Central London estate agent Kay & Co has been an established part of the capital’s community since the early 1980s. As such, we have helped hundreds of clients in Hyde Park, Marylebone, Bayswater, Paddington, Fitzrovia, Mayfair and Regent’s Park navigate an ever-changing property and financial markets with our solid, reassuring advice on purchasing and investing.
With two offices in the neighbourhood, we encourage our clients to engage in face-to-face discussions with us, and a warm welcome is always guaranteed.
It’s a refreshing approach given that so much business is conducted online these days - when we are handling assets worth millions of pounds, we believe a physical presence in Central London is crucial. Transactions conducted over a good coffee, in-depth conversation and concluded with a firm handshake are the most valuable. So, if you have a property to sell or rent and need sound sales advice, well...just drop in.
The Kay & Co pedigree is much admired and clients appreciate our longevity in the area, returning to us time and again to be greeted by the same loyal staff and continuing levels of exceptional service.
Martin Bikhit, Managing Director of Kay & Co comments: “We are truly proud of our well established heritage in the areas we serve. Over the years we’ve got to know many wonderful clients and we’re delighted they return to us as their property and investment requirements change. We also strive to be actively involved with the local community; we are year-round sponsors of neighbourhood events, which we believe strengthens our relationship with local residents.”
Kay & Co is delighted to be in good company and are happy to share some traditional businesses in our areas. They share our passion for delivering a personal, discreet service and equally enjoy a rich London heritage.
