It was not my plan to engaged Kay & Co. I was persuaded by some effective, persistent and charming contact from one of its representatives. They proved refreshingly efficient and quickly found several interested parties. The eventual buyer and I had extended negotiations about price and requirements for exchange. The managed both sensitively and effectively, cajoling and encouraging both parties (and their solicitors) over the line to a successful sale & purchase.

Yes, I can recommend. In this difficult market tried very hard to find right buyer for property. Always returned calls promptly, and kept me informed . I had turned down higher offers previously, but at that time I was not being realistic.
